For Beginner to Regional Competitors

Gold Silver Bronze

For Regional to National to International Competitors

Award Schemes suitable for Boys and Girls

Award Schemes cater for all ages and abilities

RED WHITE BLUE

Split into 3 Levels

Beginner Levels 1 & 2 RED

–For our young aspiring team gymnasts learning basic jumps, shapes and landings

Novice Levels 1 & 2 WHITE

–Again core skills and preps leading up to a tucked front salto and basic vault skills

Intermediate Levels 1 & 2 BLUE

–Level 1 introducing salto skills and handspring vault. Level 2 Basic Regional Level Skills inc tuck front salto ½ turn, piked front salto and handspring vault

GOLD SILVER BRONZE

Split into 3 Levels

Advanced Levels 1 & 2 BRONZE

–Aimed at Regional to National Level Competitor. Introducing twisting saltos, twisting vaults. Preparing double saltos and salto vaults

National Levels 1 & 2 SILVER

–Aimed at National Competitors. Multiple twists and introducing double saltos and salto vaults

International Levels 1 & 2 GOLD

–Aimed at gymnasts whom aspire to compete on the International Arena. Multiple saltos with twist and twisting salto vaults

What is required to pass each award?

6 Trampette Skills and 4 Vault Skills on each award

In the Red White Blue Scheme all 10 required to pass the award

The Gold Silver Bronze Scheme varies from 5 to 10 skills to pass the award, as our team gymnasts start to specialize in their skill selection

Each award includes a pre jump requirement onto trampette i.e. Novice Level 2 the gymnast must jump onto the trampette from at least 1 meter

We hope to improve UK team gymnasts take off angles and thus improve our skill potential.
